The Perpetua shirt; a necessary shirt. Mid-weight linen. Long enough to wear with leggings or skinny jeans without a second thought of the rear view. Side vents for comfort and stride. Sleeve cuffs that may or may not be turned up. Beautifully finished on the inside, which counts.
The inspiration for the next dress is this cotton fabric, hand printed in France. The colors are sumptuous and rich, reminding me of a southern greenhouse or solarium. It’s going to be a shirt-dress, with a defined waist and A-line skirt that will give it movement. And of course, display the gorgeous print.
