Items may be returned to Cote Glace within 10 days of purchase if in pristine original condition: unused, unsoiled, undamaged, and unaltered, with original tags attached, and with original box packaging, leaflets or cards, and sales receipts. If Cote Glace considers a returned item to be in improper condition, it will be sent back to the customer without a refund. Jewelry may not be returned or exchanged. Refunds are made in the exact form as the method of payment.
